Enjoyed our well-equipped and brand-new rooms in this hotel.

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was spacious.

The breakfast here is made fresh and there are plenty of choices to kickstart your day. the staff are well-trained and offer amazing service, couldn't ask for more! 😊

The hotel was exceptional with well-trained stuff and an ideal location very close to the central square. Location: the property was very close to the main shopping street in town and taxi and the historical centre of Bologna. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

There were too small beds in our room.

Service and standards at the hotel was excellent in all areas from recption to the restaurant.

I liked the friendly staffs, they introduce me to a tour guide and I spent 3 hours with him for visiting monuments of the city and she explain me the history of Bologna. The location of the hotel is perfect and you can walk from there to all over the city.

Comfortable rooms with both a bathtub and a shower, spacious bathrooms, and big windows that let in lots of natural light. The venue is conveniently located close to the main square, making it easy to explore around here. 🌟

The staff in the hotel restaurant. No explanation of the course meal. We ordered a child chair but they did not set up.

Courteous, helpful staff. Excellent, central city location. Accommodated my request as best they could for an early check-in. This is an older hotel, though it appears to be in pretty good shape. Plenty of places, including outdoor seating, to eat or dine within short walking distance; lunch and dinner seems to start later than Americans might be used to.

A little short on electrical outlets, but you can find them if you hunt around the room. Don't forget your electrical plug adapters if you are bringing US equipment.

The staff here is top-notch, the place is kept quite clean, the food is excellent, and the staff go above and beyond to assist. The location is central.

A lovely luxury Hotel right in the Heart of Bologna

great location.

seemed like more of a business hotel. they were not able to accomodate us with a room with an outside view, due to a business conference. Instead we had a lovely room, but with inside view and exhaust fans from the restaurant, that was serving fish one evening. As a vacation traveller staying at 5 star hotels, I might choose something different next time. less personable experience than from other hotels of similar quality.

The location of the Grand Hotel Majestic Gia' Baglioni in Bologna is magnificent and incredible, situated in the Piazza Maggiore district just off Canadian banks. It's conveniently located in a pedestrian zone on weekends and holidays, surrounded by restaurants and a bar. - the hotel offers a great selection of food options at a medium distance from the venue.

Best center location in town. Hotel is beautiful and most memorable.

Hotel is luxury type thoug breakfast is poor. No fish with limited choices. It is extra to order scream baled eggs which is not usual for the hotel. No pool or sa area though hotel is so nice and staff is so great it is compensating for ammunities.
